Küchenmeile 2024: “Feel at home”: Schüller demonstrates innovation and versatility

Herrieden, 21.09.2024

With its collection of new products for 2025 presented in Löhne, Schüller provides versatile planning and design options in the field of kitchens and beyond. In doing so, the Franconian kitchen manufacturer continues to place importance on the functionality, expressiveness and everyday use of new products that are adding to and diversifying an already extensive product range.

Within the context of the trade fair motto “Feel at home”, Schüller is considering the home as a whole. In this collection year, many things play a significant role: new surfaces; colours; front and worktop textures; the new handleless system solution SingleX; the extended colour wheel; the continuous improvement of products; planning and consistency; further utility room options; new technical order-monitoring services with the automatic comparison of kitchen furniture components and electrical appliances in real time; an extensive range of training courses – both in person and online; sustainability; and additional products and services at Systemo.

2025 collection – Schüller presents

The new products by quality brand Schüller strive to create both practical and visual added value. Refining existing items and integrating logical, functional new products into the range is the goal. Here, the focus is not just on the kitchen but also the utility room and living area.

Surfaces – guaranteed to turn heads
In terms of fronts, the new collection is all about practical complements and catching the eye. The extravagant grooved front Lineo is sure to attract attention. In natural oak and a dark finish, it can be combined in many ways and unites the natural wood look with the functional features of tried-and-tested Schüller fronts. Providing a range of new options, this is Schüller’s answer to the current trend towards grooved fronts.

Also in a wood look, the Modena range has gained the new colour cognac brown oak. This plastic front is a darker, more solid counterpart to the seasoned decors ash Nordic and Skagen oak, and oozes calm and warmth. This new surface colour is also available for worktops.

New, tested colours have been added to the Matera range, resulting in more planning options for this popular front. For greater consistency, the sustainable front now comes in another three neutral solid colours: crystal white matt, seashell white matt and lava black matt.

The Matera Colour front range has also been rounded off with the new colours cashmere brown and deep blue matt, as well as high-quality smart glass made of ecru matt polymer glass. Previously only available as lacquer in the Matera range, the front colour pebble grey has now been incorporated into the Nova, Uni Gloss and Gala ranges.

For worktops in particular, elegant solutions are in demand. For this reason, two new designs have been added to the portfolio in the form of textured seashell white and textured pebble grey. This textured surface is really something special and feels great to the touch. Homogeneous designs to match the colour of the front are now also possible. The new products in this area are topped off by the options beige sandstone effect and Arezzo marble effect, which have a look of luxury. One is light, airy and elegant, the other dark, raw and natural. Both stand out as authentic decors.

SingleX system
The new SingleX system has just a single grip ledge profile, whilst the lower pull-outs can be opened with the mechanical Tip-On system. The elegant, aesthetically pleasing lines give the kitchen a minimalist appearance. It also has many functional advantages – the absence of a second grip ledge means more storage space and volume and thus a greater capacity. SingleX is available in the form of base units and tall units, which enables a consistent design with a harmonious appearance. Uncomfortable stooping to open the bottom drawer is now a thing of the past as is the inadvertent opening of drawers with Tip-On. With just a light touch of the knee to open the bottom and an elegant grip ledge profile to open the top by hand, SingleX embodies ergonomics, practicality and clean lines.

To ensure consistency throughout the system, 15 cm-wide units can now be fitted in all lines. Ideal for small kitchens or any gaps in the planning, this unit rounds off the tried-and-tested range. It enables optimum usage of space and in turn more versatile planning throughout the kitchen.

Optimum usage of the available drawer space is guaranteed by a practical new frame support. This efficient use of storage space on two different levels enables even more provisions to be stowed away. It is also user-friendly thanks to its quick and simple assembly.

Colour wheel – harmonious additions
Colours really bring a kitchen to life, arouse emotions and add a personal touch. These emotions are expressed in our detailed colour concept. It offers six different, coordinating colour ranges in a clear and logical colour wheel for a harmonious appearance even when combining different shades. Thanks to the addition of six new colours, it now contains 28 different, subtly nuanced hues for each of the 14 lacquer ranges. Schüller’s high-quality lacquers are available in all colour variants as velvet or satin lacquer or satin lacquer with wood pore texture. This covers all preferences and tastes and provides a whole host of planning options.

One of the new front colours is the pleasantly sunny but low-key sand yellow. This has been added to the colour wheel along with cool steel blue and inviting Orient red. They set contemporary visual accents as a new twist on classic colours – logical additions that bring character to any kitchen. In the neutral colour section, cashmere brown and sepia brown have joined the colour concept. These beautiful shades are calm by nature and can be optimally combined with a range of materials and colours. The new eucalyptus green adds the finishing touch to the colour wheel. For the point of sale in retail stores, we have developed a new, top-quality colour concept presentation that is available to retail partners. The colour wheel provides perfect support for private customers in their decision-making.

There’s always room for improvement – enhancement of existing products

The popular wall unit offset shelving breaks away from uniformity and creates a visual highlight. Available in all carcase and surround colours, it now also comes in widths of over 60 cm. This provides greater flexibility when planning and creates easily accessible storage space, and we’ve also made it even easier to assemble.

For selected ranges, Schüller now offers fronts for built-in wine cooler units. This one-piece front for built-in appliances is available in recess heights of 88, 122 and 178 cm. A plastic cover frame in the colours stainless steel or onyx black is used to conceal the interior cut edges.

Exclusive to Schüller, electrical appliance brand Juno has also come up with several new products. Upright freezers and refrigerators are now also available in a recess height of 178 cm. A new hob extractor for 60 cm-wide base units and a new warming drawer design nicely finish off the look.

Practical access doors stylishly conceal the entrance to the utility room or adjoining larder. To improve planning, the dimensions have been modified, providing kitchen planners with a more uniform design. With the help of floor-level and ceiling-high front extensions, as well as a divided front design, they now blend in better with their surroundings.

The Schüller utility room – endless possibilities

With the introduction of the utility room in 2018, Schüller set a trend in the sector. The fact that it is more than just a storeroom is demonstrated by the wide range of tasks that can be performed there. Laundry, recycling, cleaning, storage space and, where required, supplies are all significant aspects here. Its multiple everyday uses inspired Schüller to offer creative, tailored designs just like in the kitchen. Items specially designed for the utility room and a plethora of fittings options represent a range that has been enhanced with the customer in mind.

Developed for architectural reasons and to support consistent planning, highboard-high washing machine units are now available. This means that the raised washing machine also fits under ribbon windows or pipes and offers ergonomic benefits. Accordingly, a unit for fixtures is also available to house the required connections. Functional features and elegant design – two aspects that can be combined in the utility room.

The new tall end unit adds the perfect finishing touch. Easy to plan at the end of the row, it enables unused space to be factored in. As a unit with an open side, it is a practical addition that completes the row of units and enables provisions and materials to be stored so that they are easy to find. The unit can also be customised with shelves and easy-to-fit hooks to hold an ironing board, or with a socket for a cordless vacuum cleaner. This enables the utility room to be tailored to personal requirements and storage space to be used optimally. The focus is on efficiency and order, always with design in mind, of course.

The new base unit with two laundry bins is another handy new accessory. Perfect for rooms in which tall units cannot be fitted due to fixtures or windows.

Logical new features enable the proven tall laundry unit to be customised in a number of ways. It can hold an ironing board and airer, and items can be stowed in the new interior drawers and pull-outs. This provides additional comfort and ergonomic benefits as you no longer have to reach into the unit or stoop down.

Cleaning products and other potentially hazardous substances can now be safely locked away in the utility room. With the help of a barrel lock for units with doors, health and safety in the household is guaranteed.

The new top shelf unit for laundry is compatible with all base unit models. Available in three widths, it can mixed and matched. This allows for more flexible and consistent planning. Additional storage space is provided by a pull-out tray at an ergonomic height. A clothes rail for drying or airing keeps things tidier and avoids the need for additional airers.

Services for Schüller retail partners – an electrical appliance check is the new highlight

Comprehensive kitchen planning and production also involves an extensive range of wellthought-out, modern tools and services that are constantly evolving. Unique in the sector, the innovative extension of the planning check with an electrical appliance check covers around 1.5 billion possible combinations. In seconds, retail partners receive feedback on whether an electrical appliance is compatible with the planned unit. If it is not compatible, an alternative is automatically suggested. The planning software can significantly reduce planning and order errors. This has the beneficial effect of reducing the number of queries and subsequent, price-related corrections.

The Vario-system enables unit interiors to be divided according to personal requirements and provides accessories to match the units that are proposed in the planning software. This guarantees a range of tailored planning options and certainty. A switch from one carcase system to another is supported by the software and can be easily implemented. The extranet has also seen several improvements in terms of user-friendliness. This retailer tool, which is indispensable for our retail partners’ daily activities, makes life easier for kitchen planners.

Integrated in the extranet is the media configurator, which has been equipped with new visual motifs. Simple to use, it makes it easier to create both digital and print ads. Different content packages are available to support your retail marketing department. Furthermore, retail partners can access ready-cut videos and text modules that can be used on different channels.

In addition, the Schüller Training Centre provides a comprehensive range of in-person and online seminars for retail partners. This also includes newly designed webinar themes. These short online sessions clearly explain important instructions and information for retail partners. Feedback and communication help us to constantly optimise our offering.

With responsibility in mind – sustainability at Schüller

Core to our company identity is our responsibility to run our business sustainably and protect
the environment. “In everything we do, we always keep sustainability in mind. To underline this commitment, we voluntarily published our first sustainability report in 2024, before it became an obligation,” stresses CEO Markus Schüller. This commitment is underlined by a tree-planting campaign in Spessart, the largest rooftop solar panel system in Bavaria and the expansion of the vehicle fleet by a new long HGV with three exchangeable containers. The surface material linoleum, Matera and Matera Colour fronts, OceanIX handles and the OrganiQ interior fittings range made of hemp and kenaf, which all stand out for their environmentally-friendly properties, firmly embed this mindset in the product range.

At Schüller, sustainability also means regional commitment and forward-thinking actions. Through different events for apprentices, the kitchen manufacturer also deliberately invests in the future to offer them career prospects as skilled workers and to encourage them to stay long-term. To ensure the continuous professional development of employees and to evolve as a company, the Schüller Lern Center offers training, seminars and online seminars on a range of subjects. The kitchen manufacturer’s sense of responsibility is also reflected in its support of numerous non-profit organisations and institutions in the region.

Systemo takes a new direction – premium worktops

At house4kitchen, Systemo presents its unique, authentic materials. Over a considerably larger exhibition area, one particular feature that deserves attention is the new worktop material natural stone, which has joined the Systemo collection this year. This raw, vibrant product impresses with its extraordinary appearance and extreme robustness. Thanks to the natural grain, each piece is unique. With six different stone shades ranging from viscont white and mystic grey through to the dark nero assoluto, plenty of choice is guaranteed. This adds to the already extensive material range of ceramic, quartz, SensiQ, glass and solid wood.

Also part of Systemo’s presence in Löhne is the presentation of different services. In future, measuring and assembly services will also be offered. These can be booked by retail partners and include all services from worktop measurement to delivery and assembly. This alleviates the burden on the retail business. Professional installation is guaranteed. If retail partners have the capacity to employ their own fitters, Systemo offers new training courses on how to handle the materials as well as further training on technical support. The expansion of the admin team in Herrieden also ensures that queries and orders are processed promptly.
